These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bullwin platform, including all games, payment services, promotions, and account features. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or placing any wager on bullwin. By creating an account or using any bullwin service, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bullwin ("bullwin," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"). bullwin is a PAGCOR-licensed online gaming platform operating in the Philippines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. The bullwin platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above.
For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
Access to the bullwin Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform. bullwin reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21-year minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.

To register, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance. Each Player may hold only one (1) Account. Creating duplicate Accounts is prohibited and any duplicate Accounts discovered will be closed, with balances subject to review.
bullwin is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of at least one valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — including but not limited to a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's licence, or voter's ID. bullwin may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations or PAGCOR requirements. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must notify bullwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. bullwin shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your Account as an additional security measure.
You must ensure that all information associated with your bullwin Account remains accurate and current at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or payment methods must be updated through the Account Settings section and may require re-verification. bullwin is not liable for failed transactions caused by outdated or incorrect account information.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active bullwin Account. If bullwin identifies multiple Accounts registered to the same individual — determined by matching personal information, device fingerprints, payment methods, or IP addresses — all duplicate Accounts may be closed without notice. Bonuses claimed across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited and any winnings generated from such Accounts may be voided.
bullwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, and approved over-the-counter channels including 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier. Minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bullwin Account in real time for e-wallet methods and within the processing time of the respective banking channel for bank transfers. bullwin does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods previously used to make a deposit on your Account (the "source of funds" principle) and only after KYC verification is complete. Standard processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals is 3–15 minutes for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. bullwin reserves the right to conduct additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR AML requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if fraud, bonus abuse, or AML review is initiated.
In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, bullwin holds Player funds in accounts segregated from the Company's operational capital. Player deposits are not used to fund bullwin's business operations and are maintained separately to protect Player balances.
⚠️ Anti-Money Laundering: bullwin is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to report suspicious transactions and conduct due diligence on large withdrawals. Providing false identity documentation or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds are serious criminal offences under Philippine law. bullwin cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and law enforcement agencies.
All bets placed on bullwin are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying bet selections, amounts, and any applicable odds or game conditions before confirming. Technical errors during bet placement — including disconnections or browser failures — do not constitute grounds for cancellation of bets already confirmed by the bullwin system. Game-specific rules are documented within each game's information panel.
bullwin reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of: system errors that caused incorrect odds or payouts to be offered; bet placement using Bonus Funds on games excluded from bonus wagering; exploitation of software bugs or glitches; or any other circumstance that constitutes unfair advantage or breach of these Terms. Where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account.
bullwin may impose maximum single-session or single-bet winning limits on specific games. Where applicable, maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant game interface. Amounts exceeding published maximum payout limits are not payable, regardless of the displayed outcome at the time of play.
Promotional bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer in the Promotions section of your bullwin Account. General eligibility requirements include: one bonus claim per Player per promotion; completion of KYC verification before bonus conversion; and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for that promotion. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain at expiry will be automatically forfeited from the Account.
bullwin actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; placing low-risk hedged bets exclusively to satisfy wagering requirements; and coordinating with other Players to systematically claim promotional offers. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bullwin Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and potential legal action:
All content on the bullwin Platform — including but not limited to the bullwin brand, logo, game titles, graphics, software interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of bullwin or its licensed content providers. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, published, modified, or incorporated into any other work without express written permission from bullwin. Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is licensed to bullwin for use on the Platform. Unauthorized use of Platform content may constitute copyright infringement under Philippine law and applicable international conventions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bullwin's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
bullwin shall not be liable for: interruptions or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events; loss of data or corrupted game records attributable to Player-side technical failure; any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses; or decisions made by Players regarding wagering amounts or game strategy.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While bullwin endeavors to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
You may close your bullwin Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to applicable AML verification. Outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
bullwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: the Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected; PAGCOR requires such action; or continued operation of the Account would create regulatory or legal risk for bullwin. In cases of termination for cause, bullwin may withhold balance pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are required to contact bullwin's support team to seek informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful and the dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated matter, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints process. bullwin cooperates fully with PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
bullwin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a notification displayed upon next login. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at bullwin.co/terms-conditions and is dated at the top of the document.

As required under PAGCOR regulations, your bullwin balance is held in a segregated account separate from Company operating funds. This is a binding legal requirement — not an optional policy — and it protects your money in ways that unlicensed alternatives structurally cannot.
bullwin's dispute process starts with direct support resolution, escalates to formal PAGCOR complaint procedures where applicable, and culminates in Philippine court jurisdiction. Filipino players have enforceable legal rights under this Agreement — governed by the laws of their own country.
The responsible gaming provisions in Section 7 are not optional add-ons — they are PAGCOR-mandated requirements. bullwin enforces the 21+ age restriction through KYC, and self-exclusion requests take immediate effect with no waiting period and no financial penalty to the player.
No hidden deduction fees on withdrawals. No undisclosed minimum cashout thresholds beyond the published ₱100 minimum deposit. The source-of-funds withdrawal policy is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement under Philippine law — not an arbitrary restriction.
When these Terms change in a material way, bullwin notifies registered players by email before the changes take effect. You always have the option to close your Account and withdraw your balance if you disagree with an update — with no penalty for doing so.
